Junior Sous Chef - An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join the brigade at a unique castle in the heart of Northumberland. As Junior Sous Chef, you will be an experienced professional and able to assist the Head Chef in all aspects of running the kitchen. You will be a part of a 2 Rosette winning team that strives for excellence. Reporting to the Senior Sous you will manage the team in delivering quality service at breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is a wonderful opportunity for a chef with dedication and drive who wants to progress in an iconic operation which has a reputation for good food and value for money.
Experienced Chef de Partie - Wonderful opportunity for an ambitious young chef to develop his skills under the tutelage of Chef Mark Percival - Experience in 2 Rosette restaurants would be preferable - commitment to excellence essential.
Part Time/Casual Waiter/Waitress - Ideal for anyone looking to begin a career in the industry. Hours will include some evenings & weekends. You must be reliable, and able to work as part of a team, with a friendly personality. A commitment to providing service beyond our customers expectations is key.
Salary Negotiable. Experience is prefered but not essential.
