JUNIOR SOUS CHEF
We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our small team. Applicants should have a fine dining background, preferably at 2 AA Rosette standard. We are looking for someone with flair, imagination and first rate culinary skills as you will be expected to assist in creating new recipes and menus.
You will be working closely with the Head Chef and will be required to deputise in his absence, therefore you must have the ability to stay calm in high pressure situations and have strong leadership skills to motivate your brigade of chefs. A sound understanding of food costing and purchasing is essential, as well as maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
We are currently looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager who is passionate about delivering the highest level of service to all guests.
As Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for the management and running of the food and beverage operation, ensuring a high standard of service and providing a fine dining experience to our restaurant guests. You will support the Restaurant Manager and Supervisors in ensuring that there is effective management on the floor, and that the team are fully trained in all aspects of the restaurant, functions and conferences. Guest complaints must be handled effectively and professionally to ensure that guests receive a positive experience. The post holder will be required to recruit team members and lead by example by adopting a hands-on approach and 'can do’ attitude.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Food & Beverage Manager or with a proven track record of delivering a high level of service in a quality, fast-paced hotel/restaurant environment. We are seeking clear and concise communication skills, experience of managing costs, ability to recruit and motivate a team and create a strong teamwork ethic. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high energy team who pride themselves in delivering a fantastic guest experience in a friendly and engaging way.

CHEF DE PARTIE
We are looking for a full time Chef De Partie to join our small team. This is an ideal position for someone who is looking to establish their career, while working alongside a brigade of skilled and passionate chefs. You will need to have a fine dining background, preferably at Two Rosette standard.
PART TIME/CASUAL WAITING STAFF
Ideal for anyone looking to begin a career in the industry. Hours will include some evenings & weekends. You must be reliable, and able to work as part of a team, with a friendly personality. This role will be varied, working in banquets, the restaurant and some bar work depending on age. Although not essential, some experience would be preferred, otherwise, our young and friendly team will be happy to show you the ropes. There is an opportunity for career progression for those who show a desire to learn and have a commitment to providing service beyond our customer's expectations.
