There’s a certain unique thrill to be had whilst relishing a fabulously cooked dinner in an intimate restaurant in a medieval castle, not to mention a tingle that comes from morning coffee, a snack or an afternoon tea beneath our shimmering drawing room chandeliers. With relaxed dining also available, there’s plenty to whet the appetite.
