Those with a passion for a dining ‘experience’, as well as first-class food, love to explore our restaurants, judged one of the finest in the North East, welcoming both residents and non-residents alike. Served from 6.30pm, using the finest, freshest produce available to our chefs, with dining taking place in the Josephine Restaurant, after you have enjoyed a pre-dinner drink in our atmospheric drawing room, whilst deciding on your menu choices.

Please note our Tasting Menu is only available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
evenings, and must be ordered by the whole table.
