Each cuvée is elegantly paired with a bespoke three-course fine dining menu, thoughtfully designed to enhance the flavours and progression of every sip. The experience unfolds within our award-winning Josephine Restaurant, where craftsmanship, stories and passion are shared throughout the evening.
